JSTL과 JSP의 버전 차이 때문에 발생한 에러.

해결책 → 에러가 발생한 해당 jsp페이지로 가서 <%@taglib prefix="c" uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" %>에서 uri 부분을 다시 써준다. 혹은, uri 부분을 http://java.sun.com/jstl/core_rt 로 바꿔준다.
